Tuition & Fee Schedule – 2021/2022
APPLICATION FEE (NEW STUDENTS):
A $100.00 application for admission fee should accompany the Application for Enrollment form. This form should be returned by mail, or in person, on or before the day of your initial visit to school. This fee is used for record processing and evaluation of child and is non-refundable.
WAITING LIST FEE:
Enrollment is limited; your child may be registered on our school’s waiting list if space is unavailable at the time of your application. Applicants that are accepted for a class waiting list should include $300.00 with the waiting list application to ensure a place on the class waiting list. (This fee will be credited toward student’s Enrollment Fee.)
An enrollment fee is due at the time of registration for enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.
Pre-Primary & Pre-Kindergarten: $600.00; Kindergarten: $700.00.
An annual materials fee is charged. This fee is due March 24 or at the time of a new student’s enrollment or with the re-enrollment fee for returning students if either occurs after March 24. This fee is non-refundable.
Pre-Primary: $600.00; Pre-Kindergarten: $700.00; Kindergarten: $800.00
RE-ENROLLMENT FEE: A fee is required with the re-enrollment form of all returning students in order to guarantee a place on the class list for the following August. This fee is non-refundable.

EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM: 7:00 am – 8:30 am & 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Planned activities at each child’s developmental level are available before and after Core classes. The extended day program runs year round and is also offered during Winter and Spring Breaks for an additional fee. Students must be enrolled in the Core program and must pay the monthly fee no matter how many hours or days they use the program. Limited space is available.
All tuition is due on or before the first of each month. If an emergency arises in terms of payment, please contact the office. Children cannot be permitted to attend class if tuition is delinquent beyond the tenth of the month unless prior arrangements have been made. Tuition received after the tenth will be subject to a late charge of $35.00. There will be a charge for returned checks.
Tuition is paid in equal monthly installments taking into consideration the fact that there are periodic holidays, vacations and illnesses. The overall tuition schedule is based on the above considerations and therefore there will be no tuition discounts for the months when holidays, vacations, or illnesses occur.
Enrollment is limited and selective; and educational expenses continue regardless of individual attendance. Our commitments for operational expenses (books, supplies, salaries, insurance, etc.) are all made prior to the start of the school year. We are unable to allow deduction, credit, refund, or make-up days for any reason.
Parents are requested to call the office if their child is going to be absent for the day. If an extended absence is anticipated, please notify the school. Space for a child cannot be guaranteed unless previous arrangements have been made.
Students are enrolled with the understanding that they will remain for the full academic year.
